Founders wait months and burn six figures building marketplace MVPs that mostly repeat the same infrastructure. We productized it — and now operate it at scale.

2023 — ongoing
(01)The constraint
Every marketplace founder we met was rebuilding the same stack: vendor onboarding, catalogs, orders, payments, delivery dispatch, and a pair of mobile apps — months of engineering before the actual business idea got tested.
We decided the infrastructure should be a product. The hard requirement we set ourselves: a new marketplace, in any of nine verticals, live in fourteen days — with production-grade payments and native apps, not a prototype.
(02)The build
Nipige runs on 45+ microservices exposing 1,700+ APIs, with tenant isolation enforced at the data layer. One platform serves every marketplace; no customer waits on another customer’s traffic.
Every marketplace ships with native iOS and Android apps generated from the same configuration that drives the web storefront — branding, catalogs, and payment flows included.
GPS delivery dispatch, live order tracking, and PCI-compliant payment orchestration run as shared platform services — the parts that usually take a marketplace team a year to harden.
(03)The result
35M
invoices handled monthly on the platform
14 days
from signup to a live marketplace
9
marketplace verticals, ready to launch
1,700+
APIs across 45+ microservices
The takeaway: Everything we tell clients about multi-tenant architecture, billing, and mobile delivery is tested here first — on our own revenue.
